    Please note: For privacy and order verification, detailed support (billing, refunds, etc.) will be handled through email.

  • General Inquiries: 24–48 business hours
     
  • Order/Booking Issues: 24 business hours
     
  • Travel/Service Emergencies: Immediate response during scheduled travel or live sessions (phone or email hotline provided upon booking)
     

4. Order & Booking Policy

  • Digital Products: All eBooks, workbooks, courses, and downloadable guides are delivered automatically via email. Due to their instant-access nature, all digital sales are final.
     
  • Physical Merchandise: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Tracking details will be emailed once shipped.
     
  • Travel Services: Bookings follow the terms outlined in your travel agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
     

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Digital Products: No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
     
  • Merchandise: Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
     
  • Services/Events: Refunds and rescheduling follow the policy included in each service contract or booking confirmation.
     

6. Client Confidentiality

All personal information shared with Lustrova is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share or sell customer data. Sensitive services (e.g., sexual wellness, spiritual coaching) are always handled with care and discretion.


7. Code of Conduct

Lustrova is a safe and inclusive space. We will not tolerate:

  • Discrimination or harassment of any kind.
     
  • Abusive language toward our staff or community members.
    Failure to adhere may result in canceled services or removal from memberships/groups.
